LASER HAIR REMOVAL
Imagine never shaving, waxing, plucking, or applying messy creams again! Sounds like a dream? It’s now a reality you can enjoy, thanks to the FDA approved LightSheer TM Diode Laser Hair Removal System. Our laser has been specifically chosen because it offers the fastest results, with the least amount of discomfort.
Why do I need multiple sessions?
Laser hair removal requires multiple sessions in order to achieve desired clearance. This is based primarily on biological factors – the cycle of hair growth. Three treatments will give you a moderate amount of hair removal. For near complete removal we recommend a protocol of six to be effective in most areas. The area treated remains fairly hair free between treatments.
Is it really permanent? What is our guarantee?
Staff expertise and training is the critical difference between getting permanent results rather than just slowing the hair growing process. We customize each individual treatment and guarantee the results with an industry leading lifetime guarantee. If you follow our recommended protocol, and experience any re-growth you can come back to our clinic for a touch up at a nominal fee.
Does the treatment hurt?
People are often amazed at how little our laser hair removal system hurts compared to their previous experiences with lasers. At times clients will experience a sensation often described as a “hot pinch” or “snapping” feeling. The sensation only lasts for a fraction of a second, and you may feel warmth or a tingling sensation for a short time afterward. Our lasers use a chill tip that helps to cool the dermis and neutralize any discomfort. For your convenience, we offer numbing creams.
Is treatment with laser safe?
Laser hair removal is very safe for the skin. Our advanced laser hair removal technology is safe and effective for all skin colors. It is FDA approved for permanency.
How frequently do I need treatments?
We recommend you have your laser hair removal treatments 1-2 months, depending on the area treated. Our experienced registered nurses will design a protocol to fit your individual needs before beginning any treatment program.
What happens after each laser hair removal treatment?
Temporary pinkness of the skin lasts a very short time and most people return to work or normal activities immediately after treatment. The treated area will “shed” some hair over the next 2 weeks and you may experience a period of hairlessness in the area while you wait for your next treatment.
